3. Hyper extensions- 15x- Hold #15 on top & perform 15 DB Front Raises

1. KB WALKING LUNGES-100 STEPS
2. Barbell Reverse Curl + Front Press+ Back Press + Reverse Curl Down Motion (4 motion =1)- 15x
3. KB WALKING LUNGES- 100 STEPS (INCREASE YOUR WEIGHT)
4. Same as #2 (Increase your weight)- 15x
