DO NOT REST BETWEEN YOUR EXERCISES
REST ONLY 30-45 SECONDS BETWEEN EACH ROUND

2. BARBELL SQUAT PUSH-PRESS-10X
3. SEATED ROW-10X
4. BARBELL STANDING BICEP CURLS-10X

ROUND FOUR:
